SEB95-3 does not offer a preventative solution to the wear problem at the aft roller locations. Our MCSK100 flap service kit is the permanent solution to that problem, and it's included in our upgrade flap roller kit.

Basic flap roller kit: rollers, bushings, shims, and spacers where required.
Use tool 970 for easier installation of the aft flap roller, bushing, and washers! This tool holds the parts in alignment while inserting the bolt. Its long handle allows access through the small inspection opening.
Determine if your flap tracks are worn beyond service limits!
Use tool 950 to run along each flap track slot. Reposition the flaps as required to gauge the entire length of each slot. If the gauge enters a slot at any point, the track is worn beyond service limits. Watch how to use our tool here.
