Tail Cone Angle Kit

Our Tail Cone Angle Kit design is now reinforced!

We updated the fitment of our Tail Cone Angle kit to better align to the aircraft. The LH and RH splices are now reshaped around the vertical and lateral planes to better align and capture the tail bushings. We also removed all pilot holes for true freedom to match drill and enlarged specific surface areas to eliminate rivet edge clearance issues. This new design reduces potential stresses and creates easier installation of the horizontal stabilizer.

Our tail bushing MC0760679-2 and spacer MC0732101-7 are also FAA-PMA approved and recommended when installing the Tail Cone Angle Kit.

 

Cessna Stabilizer Hinge Brackets

When you fly with cracked hockey sticks, the inboard hinge brackets that support the horizontal stabilizer attachment can stress and crack. We recommend replacing the inboard brackets when installing the hockey stick repair.

 

Stabilizer Bracket Installer

TOOL136 is designed to facilitate proper positioning and alignment of the stabilizer inner hinge brackets with original tail cone reinforcement angle (hockey sticks) or the McFarlane Tail Cone Angle Kit (STC SA02552AK).
